Glen Oak Lumber & Milling Reveals New Shutter Components at the 2005 IWCE Show

Atlanta, Georgia • February 14, 2005: Now in its 23rd year, the International Window Coverings EXPO is renowned for displaying an abundance of exciting new products from exhibiting companies. At the 2005 EXPO, Glen Oak Lumber & Milling will introduce two new lines of shutter components for attendees to discover.

Ex-Cell™ co-extruded cellular shutter components feature a solid PVC core, produced with a unique closed-cell composite, with no inserts needed. This rigid substrate is protected by a PVC colorfast skin that is installation-ready, durable, attractive, and can be painted if desired. Components fabricate like wood and are impervious to moisture.

Bamboo plantation shutters made from Bamboo Breezes™ bamboo shutter components are ideal for creating an island-lifestyle décor. Pre-sanded on all sides, these 100% real bamboo components are durable and eco-friendly. Matching bamboo specialty-shape shutters are available from North American Sunburst, a Glen Oak company.
