Mouldings

• Clear Grade Solid
Clear grade solid Acorn Oak® and maple moulding units are packaged in 21" wide cardboard boxes, 7' and/or R/L.
• Paint-primed
Call for program details.
• Veneered
Veneered mouldings are packaged bulk.

Boards
• S4S Acorn Oak® and Prime Poplar® solid boards (Standard Tally) and other lumber items are R/L packed 500BF/Unit in 6’-16’ lengths.
• Acorn Oak® and Prime Poplar® S4S solid boards in Glen Oak’s Super Tally measure 12’ and longer (call for availability).
• Finger-jointed paint-primed Prime Poplar® boards are R/L packed 1000BF/Unit and measure 12’ and longer.
• Lumber is securely stretch-wrapped for shipping.

Jambs
• Jamb units contain 135 pairs each
• Stretch-wrapped for shipping.

Panels

Hardwood Flooring
• User-friendly 7’ nested bundles contain a measured amount of product:
• Bundles of 2-1/4" wide strip flooring each contain 26.26 Bd. Ft. (19.50 sq. ft.)
• Bundles of 3-1/4" wide plank flooring each contain 22.50 Bd. Ft. (18.30 sq. ft.)
• Bundles are labeled and strapped. They fit great in retail racks.

PRE-FINISHING
Stained
All stain-grade products can be provided pre-finished with one-coat of stain and two clear top coats—a furniture finish at an economical cost. Minimum order: 40,000 lineal feet, depending on product.
Classic Grains™
An affordable oak moulding substitute is created with a base coat, oak grain embossing, stain and clear top coat.
Primed
Paint primer is uniformly applied at 1.4 mil thickness (dry) and product is sanded and buffed to minimize grain raising. Requires only one coat of quality latex paint upon installation.
Painted
All millwork products can be primed and two-coat finish-painted with a smooth factory finish at Capital Finishing—Glen Oak’s finishing partner plant. Boards, panels, jambs and some mouldings can also be grain-embossed. Customer provided doors are finish-painted with two or three coats of paint.

Custom Orders
• 40% deposit is required upon custom millwork order placement.
• A set-up and/or knife grinding charge may apply.

OVER AND UNDER SHIPMENTS
• Standard patterns + or – 10%.
• Nonstandard items may have up to 20% over or under with cutbacks.

STORAGE
To preserve product integrity and performance, avoid storing in moist or extremely dry conditions. Temperature and humidity changes or extremes will cause wood movement.

PAYMENTS
• Send payments to: Glen Oak Lumber & Milling,P.O. Box 689758, Milwaukee, WI 53268-9758.
• There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks.

TERMS
• 1%-10 days/Net 11 days, ADI, on approved credit accounts.
• 1-1/2% per month service charge on balance over 30 days.
• Accounts with an outstanding balance over 45 days lose credit privileges and move to COD terms.
• COD/cash customers pay cash at product delivery.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS
• Non-stock items cannot be cancelled after production has begun.
• No product shall be returned without prior written approval of Glen Oak.

SETTLEMENT PROVISIONS
In determining compliance with purchase specifications and of effecting settlement of invoices between buyers and sellers, each item of a shipment shall be considered as of the grade invoiced if upon reinspection 95% thereof or more is found to be of said grade or better.
