North American Sunburst shutter bursts and blind bursts are sold wholesale, to the trade only.

Manufacturing Specifications
All specialty-shape shutters and blind bursts are custom made to order (.005+,-) using CNC technology.
• Stain-grade basswood products measure 1-1/8" thick.
• Paint-grade engineered substrate products measure 1-3/8" thick.

Pre-Finishing
• Each engineered product is clear-sealed, then sanded, primed and sanded a final time, and arrives ready to place in your paint booth.
• For an additional charge, product can be finish-painted at the mill, making it ready for customer installation.

Packaging
Items are individually crated for shipping.

Pricing
• Pricing is FOB mill plus, shipping and handling.
• Contact your North American Sunburst LLC representative for program information.
• Mill's option to change pricing with 30-day notice.

Freight
All sales FOB mill, unless other arrangements are pre-approved.

• There will be a $25 charge on all returned checks.

Terms
• Order will be entered when 50% deposit is received at North American Sunburst via Check-by-Fax or mail.
• Product will be ready within three weeks of order entry and will ship upon receipt of the 50% balance due.

Cancellations and Returns
• No refunds on custom orders after production commences or after seven business days from order placement.
• No product shall be returned without prior written approval of North American Sunburst LLC.
